Emeno provides a one year, and upon specific request extendable to two year, warranty, to its main products, which entails all EAS Anti-theft systems. Emeno warrants that its Products are free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period, and will repair, or replace a product under warranty after confirmation from commercial and technical department.

This Limited Warranty does not extend to any Product that has been damaged or rendered defective:

1. as a result of accident, misuse, or abuse (e.g. impacts, vandalism, short circuit…)

2. as a result of an act of God (e.g. floods, fire…)

3. by operation outside the usage parameters stated in the Product's User's Guide

4. by the use of parts not sold by Emeno.

5. by unauthorized modification and/or manipulation of the Product

Any defective product requiring repair that is covered by the 1 year Warranty but is damaged and rendered defective according to the above mentioned circumstances, will be repaired free of charge by Emeno, but all replaced parts and shipping costs will be charged to the purchaser.
